Harvey delayed the Welcome Back Bash but not the fun

After a stressful week for many flooded-out Hawks in the aftermath of Tropical Storm
Harvey, University of Houston-Clear Lake’s 2017 Welcome Back Bash was a welcome opportunity
to enjoy free food, fun and music. The Office of New Student Programs and Alumni Relations
worked closely with Scheduling, Facilities Management and Construction, campus resources
and community partners to host a successful welcome event after having to reschedule
due to the campus’ closure.
