University of Houston-Clear Lake announces Ira Kincade Blake as the sole finalist for university president, culminating a national search that began last fall. Chosen to serve as UH-Clear Lake’s fifth president, Blake comes to the university from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania where she served as provost and senior vice president of academic affairs.
