New parking option takes Hawks to new heights
April 1, 2019 | UHCL Staff
In an effort to meet the needs of the growing campus at University of Houston-Clear
Lake, parking spaces are being added to building rooftops in the next academic year.
“This next step in campus growth will take our students to new heights,” said university
spokesperson Karen Barbieyay. “This new, innovative parking option will give students
opportunities to conduct research in astronomy and geography from their vehicles.”
The Bayou Building is the first building scheduled to undergo renovations for parking
spaces to be added to the roof.
“With this new parking, I will be on top of all my classes next year,” said APRIL FOOLS.
