Philanthropists' gift beautifies UHCL's Potter Pond, Wilson Park

Distinguished Alumna Patricia Potter Wilson and her husband Wendell Wilson unveil
the addition of a serenity garden near Potter Pond. The new garden, a gift from the
Wilsons that enhances one of UHCL’s most beautiful campus locations, was dedicated
on May 6. "Your vision for Potter Pond, Wilson Park and now, the Serenity Garden exemplifies
the passion you have for the overall student and community experience and the importance
of feeding the body, mind and spirit," said Blake. "We are honored to be entrusted
with your philanthropy and promise to honor the spirit and intent of your many gifts."
