Texan Bank CEO and University of Houston-Clear Lake alumnus Kenneth R. Koncaba (left)
presented the commencement address during the 5 p.m. Commencement Ceremony that recognized
graduates of UHCL’s College of Business and College of Human Sciences and Humanities.
Presenting him with a special plaque of appreciation is UHCL President William A.
Staples. Approximately 650 students from the two colleges received their diplomas.
