QEP Leadership Team wraps up enhancement project

Faculty and administrators from University of Houston-Clear Lake continue with their
goal of enhancing educational opportunities for students through the implementation
of a Quality Enhancement Plan. The plan, known as QEP, reflects and affirms the commitment
of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, the regional
body for accreditation of degree-granting higher education institutions in the Southern
states. Members of leadership team who served since the QEP’s inception five years
ago include as follows: (pictured, left to right, front) Assistant Professor of Software
Engineering Soma Datta; Associate Professor of Curriculum and Instruction Sandra Browning;
Associate Professor of Special Education Randy Seevers; Assistant Professor of Sociology
Amy Lucas; Associate Professor of Humanities Shreerekha Subramanian; (back row) Associate
Professor of Marketing Leroy Robinson Jr.; Professor of Psychology Robert Bartsch;
and Professor of Computer Science and Computer Information Systems Kwok-Bun Yue.
