Students, faculty showcase innovative research at UHCL conference

Students, faculty and community members engaged in conversation surrounding academic research by college students during poster presentations at the 24th Annual Student Conference for Research and Creative Arts at University of Houston-Clear Lake in April. Undergraduate and graduate students shared their research in gender, social media, student stress, mobile applications, childhood education and more. Led by UHCL faculty and students, the four-day conference included roundtable discussions, symposiums and oral presentations on topics ranging from human trafficking to advanced quantum mechanics.
