University of Houston-Clear Lake has been selected to be a part of the 2016 cohort of the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education. Known as COACHE, the collaborative is a Harvard University-based research-practice partnership led by senior academic officials who believe that the search for best practices begins with sound data. The group hopes to improve recruitment and management of faculty talent, and their own leadership at UHCL.
