Wilson scholarship recognizes two exceptional future educators

Houston residents Jacqueline De Andra and Dalila Hernandez have received the 2019
Patricia Potter Wilson College of Education Outstanding Student Scholarships. Both
De Andra and Hernandez are seniors pursuing their Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with Core Subjects EC-6 with Bilingual
Certification. They were selected on the basis of their academic performance and their leadership
capabilities. UHCL Distinguished Alumna and College of Education Associate Professor Emerita Patricia Potter Wilson established the award 19 years ago.
