649 graduate in Spring 2019 noon ceremony

University of Houston-Clear Lake conferred degrees for 348 students in the College of Human Sciences and Humanities and 301 students in the College of Science and Engineering in a noon ceremony on May 19 at NRG Arena in Houston.

Another 555 graduated from the College of Education and College of Business in a 5 p.m. ceremony. In all, more than 1,200 students crossed the stage; 715 received bachelor's degrees, 479 received master's degrees and 10 received their doctorate. Also participating in the ceremonies were University of Houston System Regents Jack B. Moore and Andrew Z. Teoh. Regent Moore, pictured with President Blake and Regent Teoh, brought congratulations from the UH System Board of Regents.
