University of Houston-Clear Lake at Pearland hosted the 87th Texas Legislature preview on Dec. 9. Texas Senator Larry Taylor, Rep. Dennis Paul, and Rep. Over 1,050 University of Houston-Clear Lake fall 2020 graduates earned their degrees and will be recognized during a virtual ceremony on Dec. 12 at 4 p.m. Of those, 723 will be recognized for receiving their undergraduate degrees, and 331 will be recognized for receiving graduate degrees.

Although the annual UH-Clear Lake Alumni Association’s Alumni Celebration was virtual this year, at least 300 Hawks around the country attended, honoring six award recipients and raising funds for the critical needs of current UHCL students.
