Ready to take the next step in your education? Learn about course offerings, admissions
and financial aid, and explore the growing campus at UHCL Pearland during Pearland Open House Saturday, July 13, 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
“Future students will receive all the assistance they need to learn how to complete
their degree at UH-Clear Lake at Pearland,” said interim Associate Director for Admissions
Campus Visits Tiffany King. “They will have the opportunity to talk with advisers
and plot a course that will change their future.”
Participants will tour the new Health Sciences and Classroom Building, which opened in January and houses the nursing simulation and skills laboratory,
as well as chemistry and biology labs.
In addition, attendees will be able to:
• Apply to become a UHCL student and get admitted on-the-spot (freshmen, international
and doctoral students are not eligible for on-the-spot admissions). Students must
have all appropriate transcripts to be considered. For those applying for admission
at Open House, the $45 application fee will be waived.
• Receive valuable information about UHCL Pearland degree programs, including the
graduate Criminology program, as well as the Master of Science in Engineering Management, and the Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, which will be available fall 2019.
• Talk to enrollment counselors and academic advisers.
• Visit with a financial aid adviser.
Alvin Community College will be on hand to discuss educational opportunities that
prepare students to complete their degree at UHCL Pearland.
