Program makes tuition more affordable for undergrad STEM students

University of Houston-Clear Lake undergraduates seeking a STEM degree may be eligible for a stipend of up to $2,000 per semester and $1,500 for summer courses thanks to the university’s participation in a grant collaboration with other Houston universities.

Lydia Newcomb, who will be receiving her master’s in cross cultural and global studies from University of Houston-Clear Lake in May, is presenting an exhibit entitled, “¡Ya Basta!” in the Julia Ideson Building in the Houston Metropolitan Research Center (HMRC) on April 4 from 6-7:30 p.m.
